Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

WHO IS JENNIE RIMON

I am a true-bred Miami girl who quickly fell in love with design and have been living this passion through Jennie Rimon Design for over 5 years now. I am a mom of three and am often called the cliche, “momtrepreneur”. Some call me a perfectionist with a Type A personality: highly organized, ambitious, highly aware of time management….yup that’s me! Lucky for you, my clients, that means I am always striving to please and ensure that the end result leaves us both happy with the project at hand.

Over the years, I believe that I have grown to be a jack of all trades in the field of graphic design. I rarely turn down a project and I love the challenge. Rather than focusing on one field of design, I confidently specialize in many: corporate logos, event logos, digital & printed invitations, package design, book design, online and print mailers, photo albums, party details, stationary, PowerPoint presentations and much more.  

My niche is that I design more than just an illustration on a computer. I am able to quickly understand and bring to life the concepts my clients hold in their heads, while still providing a quick turnaround time. Seeing the end result, and presenting it to a satisfied client is the ultimate reward.  

Today, I work closely with several party planners, printers, startups, schools, non-profits, travel agencies, real estate developers, etc. It is a pleasure to help make their visions a reality while making sure each design is uniquely tailored to the client, rather than to my own style. 

IN THE BEGINNING

As a junior in high school, I enrolled in a Spanish class as an elective thinking it would be an easy A, being a native Spanish-speaker. I quickly realized that was not the case, and transferred to the only other elective that fit my schedule: Graphic Design. 

It was love at first pixel. 

The following year, I spearheaded the creation of the school yearbook. It was a daunting task but I never grew bored. 

I received a bachelors degree in Studio Art with a concentration in graphic design from The University of Maryland and went on to take classes for fun at the School of Visual Arts in New York City while working my first graphic design job at Hard Candy Licensing LLC. At HC I designed social media posts, campaigns, booklets, and branding.

On the side, I started a small freelance design business that quickly swallowed up all my free time. I knew it was time to take the leap.Fast forward a few years and here I am, living out my passion as founder and owner of Jennie Rimon Design LLC.
